I just played almost 10k hands on PartyPoker NL4 and im feel so terrible, i cant beat that. NO! I think NL4 beats me all day long.

Im doing like u say. Trying no bluff, Tight play, blufing only BU, SB when everyone fold before me.
On more serious note I honestly hope that you are playing full ring. And even then you are too nitty
Ah then it's not that bad, could be much much looser in late position, not sure about other positions since I'm not a FR player.
Not much you can do when you are running below EV since almost all your winning come from those big all ins because you are son tight.
try posting some hands in hand evaluation section, it should help to improve your bottom line too. And don't post only big hands, but smaller ones too, like if you are not sure if to bet turn or not and stuff like that. Your turn cbet seems very high to me.
At least from my experience with few beginners I'd guess that you are missplaying lots of hands on turn.
