Bet turn more and check if fine because fish could be slow playing. Maybe you could do small block bet on river but I would just bet little bit smaller thand 1/2 and fold to raise.

i dont think villian would re-raise us on river..he is callin station..if he have Ax he would simple call and he would fold his FD

Preflop: You can even consider raising bigger here but if you normal raise from BU is 3xBB then it's fine.
Flop: Could even do your raise like $1,40.
Turn: I'd even bet bigger here against this fish, ~$2,50.
River: True, that there aren't many really worse hands and Checking behind is totally fine.
