I got the license but the elephant is still working offline

I put the license in the elephant and everything works ok except that the elephant does not connect to the internet so that does not work in real time.
On the home page is Elephanta
your status offline.

the Elephant does not require any sort of connection to the internet. Hands are imported correctly and the HUD is working?
