I think you can fold to a shove because he isn't aggressive enough to do it with worse.

He's still calling the river bet with KQ and QJ so it's fine to bet small here if you ask me.

As a side note, it's generally not good to reraise flop with TPTK because you isolate yourself against better hands, but against a LAGish opponent it's fine of course.

Preflop: Against such a player you may even consider 3betting but Calling is definitely fine if you don't feel that safe to play in bigger pots.

Flop: You might even raise it bigger here, ~$1,40 or something similar.
Turn: Also I'd bet bigger, ~$2,40.

River: With your bet sizing we can't really fold there if he decides to shove, since we will get pretty good odds, if you want to play Bet/Fold then bet a lot less but likely I wouldn't consider that, he still may Call us with any worse Q, therefore I'd even consider playing for stacks there and shove.
