fold pre. You have 35% eQ vs 6% 3b - exploit him by folding, rather than letting him exploit you by calling him when you are behind.

as played, betting the turn should get him off AK/AQ unless he is very stubborn/knows what your flatting range is.

honestly, though, I think hes not 3b you enough to make this call +ev. (Maybe im too much of a nit). But basically, if he is competent, hes not going to make enough mistakes post flop to make this call do able (e.g. stacking off with TT on Jxx bd).

Like Tim sad its a fold pre and he doesn't even have a huge 3betting range. Even then AJ is a very bad hand to call since no matter what you hit you never know where your at since your dominated by his whole value range.

Simply put you hit an Ace you get stacked by AQ+ and you never get paid when he has QQ, KK and if you hit a J you still lose to his over pairs. So either 4-bet bluff or fold it pre.

The way you played it you bet the turn and shove the river. His giving up with hands that still beat you and AK, AQ is big enough part of his range to make it profitable and i doubt his checking there his big hands unless you got reads he can get tricky.

AJ against 6% is doing horrible:

AJ 32.63% 509,516,340 94,094,808
6% 67.37% 1,101,843,636 94,094,808

So unless player had 3-bet you before and you have some kind of dynamic I think you can also fold it pref-lop
Postflop you have showdown value, but I´d bet river 11€ to make him fold AQ/AK that you´re loosing and it seems quite standard valuebet with one medium pair hand
