I'd make it $0.6-$0.7 on the flop.
As played $1.5 on the turn.

On the river I call. I might be off here, but when a fish holds Tx here imo he's slowplaying it most of the time. If he'd actually valuebet imo he would make it small because he "wants to make sure" you call with whatever you have.

Btw all draws busted so Tx is about the only thing he could have - and if he had it on the turn IMO he would rather bet/3bet.

You might also argue that he just waits for a safe river to get his money in with Tx (which would obv make this a fold), but from my experience this should be a bluff more often than not.

Btw I'm actually more concerned about seeing a misplayed AJ/KJ/QJ type of hand than seeing Tx.
