I think you can bet slightly bigger on the flop for more value since he is a station. I too would bet/fold the turn (sizing it to around half pot) and then ch/behind all rivers if I don't spike a set.

As played, I fold to a pot bet on river from a passive fish.

Your line is totally fine, I'd also Check behind on turn, since we don't really want to face a raise which likely will force us to make the crying Call since he hasn't much left. Therefore nice hand! But depending on the bet size on turn, we could also sometimes consider Bet/Folding.
