Grabbed by Holdem Manager
PL Omaha $0.20(BB) Replayer
Hero ($19.90)
BB ($17.29)
UTG ($6.69)
CO ($30.80)
BTN ($39.03)

Dealt to Hero 6♠ 6♣ 5♣ 5♦

UTG calls $0.20, fold, fold, Hero calls $0.10, BB checks

FLOP ($0.60) 9♥ K♥ K♣

Hero bets $0.40, BB calls $0.40, UTG folds

TURN ($1.40) 9♥ K♥ K♣ 6♦

Hero bets $1.20, BB raises to $4, Hero calls $2.80

RIVER ($9.40) 9♥ K♥ K♣ 6♦ 3♦

Hero checks, BB bets $9.40, Hero folds

On the flop I thought it's worth a shot, on the turn I was beaten by only KK, 99, K9,K6. What is the standard line here if he is passive, he is agro?

Would you bet out the flop with a king or go for a check raise? I typically go for a check raise here so his bullshit detector may go off.

That said, you should bet the turn after hitting it, but fold to the raise. K9xx is a very big part of people's range here and I really can't see him raising AK on the turn given you bet into him on 2 streets which shows a lot of strength. I think the guy is full and has a better hand here.

Sick fold for sure, but i'm not sure someone at this limit is capable of bluffing.

Sorry to digress:

If we hold a K, can you explain why a C/R on this flop a better line than leading? If villain holds a FD wouldn't we expect them to check behind on this flop? Or is it that we can protect better with a C/R?

It's a flop I would bet on the button if both players check. Betting out doesn't allow people to bluff at the pot. I also check raise to balance the times I have nothing and check.

If i'm betting out each time I have trips, every time I check, my opponent is just going to bet 100% of the time profitably against me.
