preflop steal is maybe too loose but the BB is a TAG player, no history

how can we extract the maximum value from the turn and river play?

1) bet turn
2) check/raise turn
3) check/call turn and check or donk rive if the board does not paired?

As played donk weak on the river to make it look like a blocking bet, maybe he will bluff raise you. So $3 might work here.

Other than that go for a check raise on the turn, this will help keep him in line next time you tangle and you're out of position. I'd check raise turn to $9. If he called I would check raise the river as well, since at this point he might have king/queen high flush draw and think he is good (and bet) if you check again.
