This so called upgrade or update they have done lately on stars makes it way harder to read your notes on players cause you can no longer just hover the mouse over the note and see what it says. This is really frustrating when you are multi tabling and dont use any hud for info. Anybody feeling the same way or is note taking just stone-age like in general?

Yes it is, phew!! That really had me annoyed when I played and almost timed out on a few occations.
