I think this is posted in wrong section of the forums, but I can answer you anways.
No you cant, since your already made account isnt tracked by pokerstrategy.com, and that must be made at account registration(cannot be made later) .

Sorry but this is not possible. It has to be a newly created account to be eligible for our Free $50 Starting Capital.
