UTG+2: $9.25

CO: $1.56
BTN: $3.50

Hero (BB): $5
UTG: $10.22

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is BB with Q :heart: Q :spade:
1 fold, UTG+1 raises to $0.20, 6 folds, Hero raises to $0.60, UTG+1 calls $0.40

Flop: ($1.22) 4 :diamond: 3 :spade: 3 :club: (2 players)
Hero bets $0.75, UTG+1 calls $0.75

Turn: ($2.72) A :spade: (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG+1 bets $1.40, Hero ?

So villain had stats 4/4 over 53 hands. Was the 3 bet here OK? Any sugestions to my play? Or givin it up when the A came was good move?

I usually don't play around on NL5, but this is where your position usually lets you down. I would probably fire an aprox half pot bet on the ace simply because it's possible villain plays this line with JJ / 10 10 or maybe even worse pocket pairs. It's very unlikely that he plays AK this way, however it is possible. Even if he called the flop with ace high he isn't likely to raise you on the ace.

I'd rather Check/Fold there, such a nit/passive opponent wont just Bet with worse, he will very often have there a hand like Ax or even better. And 2nd barreling doesn't make sense either, we just making fold worse and give money against Ax and type of hands. More often if he doesn't have the Ax and has like hand JJ, QQ he will just Check behind.
