"To be able to withdraw back to Moneybookers you must first make the minimum deposit 20 or currency equivalent, this will then give you the option to withdraw via this method. "

Is that true? So I will make a deposit and withdraw it again, am I right?

Hi 9d2c,

Yes, that's right. You need to make deposit to enable the withdrawal option, then you can cash out with that. That's for security purpose.

P.S: you also have to clear the bonus first.

Good luck at the tables!

Bonus?

So I can't withdraw any of my money yet, even if I leave e.g $100 on Mansion account?

Hi 9d2c!

That's correct. You have to clear the bonus first.

Well, I don't have enough time to be on 24/7, what's if I dont collect 1000 Mansion points within 120 days?

Hi 9d2c,

In that case, the $50 will be removed from your Mansion account. However, 120 days is a long time and collecting 1000 points within that period is not as hard as you think. You don't have to be online 24/7, a couple of hours a day is ok.

But if I clear the bonus before 120 days then may I cash out my money instantly?

But why would you that if you can win even more money?

If i dont get the 1000 points inn 120 days they will only take the 50$ i got as a bonus and nothing more right?

Hi MrRudolf!

That's correct. If you win more money and don't collect the necessary points only the $50 will disappear. But I'm sure you will collect enough points, right? ;)

Good luck at the tables!

I cashed-out, but I haven't received money to moneybookers yet. How long it usually takes? Btw, I've been waiting for 2 days already.

Hi 9d2c,

Did you verify your Identity and make the first deposit via Moneybookers?

Best regards,

Aye, I received a mail that blockers are removed but still I have no idea where's my money.

From my experience with other pokerrooms, the transfer to your moneybookers account takes several hours..

I would not like to play for more than a month to clear my bonuses and all, and not to be able to withdraw some of the cash from Mansion. So - please write here what has happened! I hope everything is ok in the end.

If you have done all following things, i'm sure the payment will go smoothly without any problems:

1. Collect 1,000 Mansion Points

2. Make first deposit

3. Verify your identity (send a copy of ID and proof of residence)

Anyway, i'll be glad to see you posting good news here!

Best regards,

Recently I only hear apologizes from support, but still they're doing nothing to find out what's going on.

Yeah, I have released my bonus, verified and collected points.

Well, I wait for a few days and if I won't see the money I'm done with that poker room.

/...

Alright, I've received money to moneybookers manually.

Thank you for help and support.
