on flop he is pealing light 8x, 7x, pair+draw,sets, ...
Turn is blank so i check and his sizing indicates weaknes and i do as planned c/r but i think sizing is to small.
And river i think is totally overplayed as everything arrives. It should be c/f.( Or is there some value against 8x.)correct?

I don´t mind c/r turn with AA, but with 99 I think it is too close. You´re not that often ahead and if he shoves you´re not really happy stacking off, so I would prefer c/c to keep pot small and then c/c or c/f again depends on the river card and his bet size
I also think river is c/f, since he won´t call you down with worse hands and any draw got there
