lol you would report someone for speaking russian? just ignore them, what do you care about what they do as long as they don't annoy you
well it's unfair for the other people at the table since they don't understand the chat, sometimes it can also be a form of cheating if they happen to collude/ influencing the game at the tables. I think that's the reason for only allowing english chat. I am not too sure though.
Definatly English only at the tables, they could be saying anything, cheating, collusion, it isn't fair and they should get a chat ban for it
