I have some question about starting capital and play on full tilt poker.
I passed quiz and received 50 dolars on my FT poker account. But i don't received my strategy points why ? 
Can i deposit my own money to account whit 50 dolars from PokerStrategy ?
and it's rake bonus active whit starting capital 50 dolars ?

Strategy points take about 2 days to show up on PS, you need to earn at least 10 FT points to get a strategy point.
You can add your own money to the free $50, you get 100% bonus.
You need to deposit at least $10 of your own money to get rakeback.

starting capital can withdraw when i get 1,000 full tilt points ?
and when i deposit my own money to my first capital from pokerstrategy 50dolars, can i whithdraw when i recrieved 100 full tilt points ?

In order to withdraw money on Full TIlt Poker you will need to accumulate 1000 Full Tilt Points. If you make your own deposit you need 100 points.
As Alexportland wrote already it can take a few days until the StrategyPoints are in your account. Thanks for your patience.
In addition to your $50 starting capital, you have the option of using a 100% up to $600 bonus. On top of your first own deposit, you will receive an additional 100% of the deposit amount up to a maximum of $600 as a bonus.
The bonus will be activated automatically as soon as you make your first deposit at Full Tilt Poker.
