My friend was registred at pokerstrategy.com , he passed the quiz and earned some pokerstrategy points from playing at fulltilt . But than he sent e mail and told that he want to delet his account . And his account was deleted. But now he wants register again and playing at fulltilt by pokerstrategy. What need to do ?

Your friend would need to speak to both PokerStrategy's support team and Full Tilt's own support team.
I don't know the in's and out's of the process or even if it is possible, but they will soon help him.

Obviously he would need to approach them himself, it is not something that you can do on his behalf.
