Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) - Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

saw flop

SB ($58.80)
BB ($60.30)
Hero (UTG) ($51.75)
MP ($72.65)
Button ($34.05)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with J, J
Hero bets $2, 1 fold, Button calls $2, 2 folds

Flop: ($4.75) A, K, K (2 players)
Hero bets $3, Button calls $3

Turn: ($10.75) 2 (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $6, Hero folds

Total pot: $10.75 | Rake: $0.50

Villain is 59 29 5.0 but only 18 hands so not too much value in these numbers.

I don't know if the cbet is good here as he is not folding better ever and also I dont really see many worse hands calling here.

How do I decide in this kind of spot if I have to cbet or not?

I assume that once I am called on the flop my c/f turn is ok.

I think check flop is fine and if he checks back then either check it down to let him bluff at some point or bet yourself on the turn if flop goes c/c
check is fine generally if you´re also c/f that flop smt like 56ss and c/r or c/c Ax hands
If you´re mostly betting your strong hands and bluffs then c-betting also with JJ should be fine
