I have a bad feedback that I'd like you to solve it. I sent my passport that clearly shows my data. Unfortunatelly, your support says that it wasn't succesful and I can't repeat this process. I want that you tell me a complete reason for this restriction.

I didn't say that, I showed a link because there were same problem.
Pokerstrategy aren't able to disclose any information about our ID-check. The ID-check can't be repeated or the decision overturned. I am sorry if we made an incorrect decision.
