Ive recently passed the quiz and uploaded some scanned images for you. i sent scanned images of the front and back of my visa card, a bank statement and a letter from my local council. the id check says "Unfortunately, the documents you have uploaded are incomplete. Therefore please could you upload them again following the instructions on the below link." - ive tried and keep getting the same message

what am i doing wrong?

Also, my friend who i refered to take the quiz has passed and already had his payment without having to prove who he was, why is this???

Upload ID card or driver license or passport. They need also your address and birth date

i dont have an id card, a passport or a driving license.
