i read somewhere that the username is elephant and you choose your own password.

I think that I already try with elephant and my own password... I will try again... Someone else?

if you already have the Postgre SQL Database Service installed you need to put in the correct credentials of it.

If it's the first time installation you can freely choose them and when installing it the first time using the Elephant the (changeable) default is:

username: elephant
password: elephant
database: elephantdb

Please try the elephant defaults, does it work?

I'm sorry to hear that. That'll make it a bit more complex. If you don't know your own username and/or password anymore you need to remove the Postgre service completely from your system, reinstall it afterwards and set all new credentials.
