welcome to the forum :)
i don´t play that high myself so you should wait for cirith to get a good answer... i will just try to improve my game abit:

i think the flop raise is good. you are often ahead even against a cap. 99-JJ or higher As are possible. after the coldcall and the 3-bet i think you are beat but you can´t fold because of the pot odds.
i like the turn fold.


You don't have any reads?
If they are aggressive enough you can raise here. If the aremore passive I would just fold the flop.
