I'd call this bet, it's likely they've been drawing for a flush, or called with a midpair.
I think your line is ok, the check on the river to. You have showdown value, and you have the opportunity to call this bet that might be a bluff:)

1) we are vs 3 players. I need here at least 2 pairs to lead.
2) we are oop, so go for pot control by just check-call (moderate bet)
turn - np - 2 changes nothing so we check, coss if they called on flop they gona call on the turn, and here we have bad kicker
river - not sure, depends on reads if we gona call this large bet

preflop is standard

flop bet/fold is best.. we get value out of some draws. so well played

turn I bet/fold small again.. same reasoning we are taking the draws into value town and although we should never bet only for information in sng's I think the information we gain by this bet will keep us from tricky spots.. ~140 bet would feel okay..

river is a fold to me.. we are never ever ever ahead here and we need to be ahead like 1/3 of the time to call here so I fold.. pot sized river bets like these are always hands trying to maximize their value on the last street imo...
if he bet a little bit less we would have to be winning less % of the time to call profitably and I think it would be more often a hand we would beat.
