Sorry I don't have this hand available so will have to type it out...

Deep in tournament with about 10 BB in stack
Ante 100 (9 players at table)
500/1000 blinds

I'm in small blind with Q 7 suited. There are 2 limpers and the BB in so pot odds are about 9:1 (4400 in pot) - should I complete the blind or fold? (I called!)

The BB makes a min raise, both limpers call, pot is now $7900 - should I call or fold with pot odds at almost 8:1? (I called!)

Flop comes down Q 7 4 rainbow, what should I do here? I pushed all in and lost to trips.

Just how many bad decisions did I make here ???

i would fold preflop. You don't really hit often enough and get paid of that its profitable for the future. But against lose openlimpers i would make shove preflop with your stack sometimes. You still have fe and you can collect nearly 5bb which is half of your stack...

Thanks for the response.

I almost always complete my small blinds but will have to reconsider this action. I can certainly appreciate that making a hand with Q7 would be extremely rare. As it was I did make a hand but it didn't pay off in this case.
