your reasoning seems solid, I think I would check back flop tho, he seems so aggro so why isn't he betting such an obvious board? Think he is lining up the c/r way to often for leading to be +EV.

Doesn't make sense to Bet the flop anyways unless you have a good reason that he is capable of folding there when he picks such a line. Very good stat for that would be his Check/Raise, I often expect such players to Check/Raise on those kind of spots because if you think yourself, that kind of hands will you continue here? If you just having some smaller PP, you will just fold them to Check/Raise, therefore I'd rather just Check behind and see his action on turn.
