I'm pretty sure you'll find Glossary section quite helpful for all your slang needs 
coaching for microstakes is usually pretty expencive and imo not really needed. At the begining there is way too much info to be found here so that your game can improve enough just by your effort.
Once you reach small stakes coachings may get more important but if you still want one Im always open for coachings:)
