Fig he had a 9 when he raised here so called to evaluate on the turn as he is aggressive also. Then i pick up a flush draw also so call the turn with ok odds + implied. Fold pre-flop?

I'd bet/fold flop, I don't think he is raising worse here as he may even have just a 9x, but still with a better kicker.

As played with calling flop I guess calling turn is fine as we need approx. 25% equity and if we we have about it with our 9x and flush outs, but that's pretty ugly and marginal spot to be in as we're OOP and getting any value from worse hand may be pretty tough on river + even if we hit our flush he may have a FH here, so we can just fold and take the safe way.
