if you don´t want to b/c river then c/c
He may still try to bluff you out with floats and you never have there string enough hand to b/c, since you didn´t bet turn, unless it is smt like 99, so he can bluffshove sometimes.
I think also very reasonable line is 3-barrel him for value, since if you think he would call down with worse hands on the river he may also call down if you bet turn and river
Also another option would be c/r turn which would balance your c/c and c/f range
