Hi!
1) Is my pf raise amount ok, or should I raise more/less?
2) Should I call his AI in that spot with AQ?
3) Is there any article on assigning opponents hand ranges?

1, its good
2, snapcall
3, you need to learn how to estimate ranges. He seems like a tight player. Download the pokerstratey equilab and give him a reshove range:

http://www.pokerstrategy.com/software/10/

Board:
       Equity     Win     Tie
MP2    51.39%  45.51%   5.88% { 77+, A9s+, KQs, ATo+ }
MP3    48.61%  42.73%   5.88% { AQo }

So its a flip and with deadmoney its +ev
if you just give him 99+, and discount kqs and a/9s then you need to calculate if its a fold or a call
