If he folds that much to 3-bets why are we 3-betting KQs here?

I think it has a lot more playability postflop with position. If this fish was calling a lot of 3-bets then by all means 3-bet it preflop.

How aggressive has he been over these 120 hands? Any bet sizing tells?

Your play on the turn should be based a lot on this type of information (or for example how you've seen him value bet, semi bluff, etc.)

Call preflop rather than 3b against someone this loose (and therefore likely bad). If you 3b and he 4b, you have to fold (because if you shove he's never calling worse) and then you waste a great hand+position. Against weak plyr, your biggest edge/profit is postflop

Turn is close, but with likely 11-12 outs to the nuts and getting 3:1 on our money, with $60 behind I think we can opt for a call. I fold to a bigger bet ($25 or more).

River is insta fold for me.

yeah i should call pre, but he is 42/25 and he fold to 3bet 2of3 so i think it is small sample, 3bet cant be that bad...

Definitely 3bet for value preflop!
He looks like a somewhat loose-aggro player, most of them raise wayyy to many hands in the SB and I think the fold-to-3bet stat doesn't tell us anything about the way he actually plays because the samplesize is so small.
Even with a bigger samplesize a fold-to-3bet of 67% isn't that high, especially considering that in BvB he will have a looser openingrage and even defend lighter.

Flop cbet should be standard, nothing to add.

As played on the turn I'd never ever fold, against a set we have 11-12 outs due to FD+GS (~24%-26% equity) - we get direct odds to call.

I don't really like raising the turn because I think his donkbet looks like he wants to induce something: He leads a card that would give us a great opportunity to barrel, but he bets into us preventing us from betting. At first glance you might argue that therefore he just doesn't want to face a big 2nd barrel with something like JJ, but if he thinks we're bluffing that much he has an even easier c/c.
So taking this thought process to the next level he most likely just wants to take some kind of weird line to get us to spazz out (imo).
So I'd happily call for odds&outs.
