i would've reraised the flop. Represent the hand you are actually holding, that often results in calls or raises in these situation, and gives you the opportunity to push while you are still ahead. Unlucky that villain had KQ here, but you could've played him out on the flop, because the 5 outs are not riskless, and the only hands that beat you on the flop are qt q4 and 10 4.

K is not the safest card, why do you want to play stacks on that board. I would call turn and then re-evaluate on the river.
If he check/min-raises often then re-raise 12-15$. Board is quite drawy.

Calling the turn is not an option: the pot gets to big, so he can easily shove the river... We have to decide if we want to go all the way or fold on the turn. I don't see me folding here, unless Villain is quite passive so that I "know" he has a set for sure...
