Unfortunally this bug still exist. I don`t know about umlauts but Elephant still doesn`t detect PS HH folder if it contain Russian characters.

thanks for your report. In order to handle this we would like to get the original(!) PokerStars configuration file holding the path information. Can you get this from your user?
