I would just donk bet this usually in limped pot, but check-raise is fine as well.

I would call as well to make him bluff on the turn.

If turns is a draw card make sure to raise his bet.

c/r is fine, you can also bet/bet/bet . board is a bit too connected for me to check/call. if it was 83Tr or 83Ar or 832r i prefer c/c
