Preflop: 3Bet here. Unless you have a good reason to not to do that.

As played
Flop: It's doable since you wont really play the hand very profitable if you just call preflop and hope to hit big. You have to take stabs on him postflop. Although not really sure what was your plan here? If you didn't have any plan at all, then rather just fold it.

As played if flop was Called
Turn: Raise A LOT bigger, ~$1.
River: Kinda close, although I never think that he would pick such a line with just 2pairs. Therefore while we have shown some aggression I sometimes even find fold here while you picked such a line when raised that smallish. Would have a lot easier decisions when you would raise bigger on turn. Although it depends a lot on the opponent, sometimes I even Call here as well.

I really dont like 3beting oop in these stakes because if I wont hit anything than I will have to check/fold because there is absolutely no telling of what could be his range and I have almost no fold equity against him. I really loose a lot of money in these spots.

And you wont play with just Calling profitable either if you are against unknown and don't know how to play against him. Then just fold it. You wont hit often enough to satisfy the Call.

When you call the flop what are u hoping to hit on the turn?
