You can request payout to moneybookers,then put deposit on party poker but u need tracked account on poker strategy then you will receive bonus i mean...

As Zer0Maker already explained the tell a friend money doesn't count as a deposit.
So in order to use the money for a deposit money you can transfer it to Moneybookers and then use it for the deposit to PartyPoker.
If you do not have an account on Moneybookers already you can get 100 StrategyPoints for that.
