Full Tilt - $0.25 NL - Holdem - 9 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 3

MP+1: $26.17
LP: $16.72
CO: $29.56
Hero (BTN): $44.82
SB: $25.00
BB: $20.48
UTG: $27.15
UTG+1: $28.51
MP: $29.98

SB posts SB $0.10, BB posts BB $0.25

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero has Q♦ A♣

fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, CO raises to $0.75, Hero calls $0.75, SB raises to $3.33, fold, fold, Hero calls $2.58

Flop: ($7.66, 2 players) 4♠ 8♠ 5♦
SB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($7.66, 2 players) Q♥
SB bets $3.33, Hero calls $3.33

River: ($14.32, 2 players) K♥
SB checks, Hero checks

I didn't want to 3bet cause I had aggro image IP and wanted to mixed it up. SB is really happy to defend his blinds with 3bets and squeeze, but he also like to take tricky lines. What is the best way to play this hand?

IMO if I 3bet pre flop I would fold to a 4bet for sure, and as it played I would fold to a river bet.

preflop - given that opponent likes to 3bet often, you are usually ahead. get it in if he 3bets often enough.

as played,
bet the flop, he is likely to fold more than a check-raise.

calling turn is fine since he is likely to bluff bet more often than value bet.

bet the river for value, sometime like $6-8 is good.

you can also 4-bet and call shove then pf, although call is also fine
Not too many players would go to c/r on that board, but rather c/f, but if he can take tricky lines then check back with showdown value is also fine
I´d raise turn, if he ahs there Qx hand he would not fold and you can stack him and no point really to expect you´re beat at the hand.
You´re very often ahead on the river so I don´t mind bet there. But again if you afraid c/r and don´t want to b/c then check behind and getting information his play is also useful
