I actually think you played the hand fine. You can never jam the turn since you will get it in with about 20% equity when you do get called.

His c/r range on the flop is basically flush draws, which got there, strait draws that got there, sets and 2 pairs. And against that you only have 20% equity when you do get called. I don't think you will ever make a fish fold 2 pair so its questionable how much fold equity you do have.

You don't even have that good of an equity against that range on the flop since your either crushed or flipping against many combo draws so i think the call on the flop against a min raise is fine, and on the turn when he bets 1/2 pot you can also call since you do have some decent equity and you have at least 8 outs.

As played i think the river is a fold.

hard to beat anything that board than random bluff
he sometimes have there JX that he is turning for bluff but in general I think he would shove for value two pair+ so river should be fold
