Full Tilt Poker $2.00 No Limit Hold'em - 8 players -

Hero (SB): $2.02
BB: $0.79 71/14/14 hands
UTG: $0.80
UTG+1: $2.02
MP1: $2.47
MP2: $1.52 21/0/14 hands
CO: $3.90
BTN: $0.65 43/2/ 47 hands

Pre Flop: ($0.03) Hero is SB with A :diamond: Q :diamond:
3 folds, MP2 calls $0.02, 1 fold, BTN calls $0.02, Hero raises to $0.12, BB calls $0.10, MP2 calls $0.10, BTN calls $0.10

Preflop standard? I was ready to call shove from BTN, BB, would that be a good call?

Flop: ($0.48) Q :spade: J  9  (4 players)
Hero bets $0.33, BB calls $0.33, MP2 calls $0.33, BTN raises to $0.53, Hero calls $0.20, BB calls $0.20, MP2 calls $0.20

I really didn t like that flop. My first thought was c/f to lot of action, than I decided to cbet, and get it in with BTN, didn t wanted them all check behind as they were all more passive. Maybe to bet more here?

Turn: ($2.60) Q  (4 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, MP2 bets $0.87, Hero calls $0.87, BB calls $0.14 all in

3 rd Heart comes, but I get my trips, tho i am sure one or more of them have flush I have to call right?

River: ($4.48) Q :club: (4 players - 1 is all in)

I would appretiate any comment. I think my action on flop was not ok. Thanks

For those who are interested, here is what they had.

Spoiler

Well you wouldn t believe I still didn t win that hand. HJ A2s for flush, BTN KTs fot straightflush, BB AJo.

Hello B0st0n,

Preflop: Yeah likely, I'd also Call those small stacks shove.
Flop: I wouldn't say that Check/Folding is a good option here. While we still have the TP here, I guess I'd just Bet/Fold against them here, even if it's a min-raise.

As played
Turn: I guess you can still lay it down but as well if we think about the situation on flop that we Called there and now hit such a card. I guess you somehow have to Call here as well, getting too good odds. Rather fold it on flop as I said. :)

Best regards.

The flop minraise looks HUGE to me after that action. Its at least a Set. I lay it down on flop and turn.

Meemawuk:
the biggest problem was, that wasn t even minraise, but BTNs AI. Therefore it was so hard to lay down, as I had to call .20 after my 0.33 bet.

To Veriz: what about the betsize on the flop? 0.33 ok, or should I bet less to prevent such situation and have easier lay down?

Ah, It was an underraise. I see. I probably try to build a sidepot like you. Not too happy to see the flush draw complete though. Unlucky
