I had the Elephant connect and importing hands from ~Full Tilt and Pokerstars and now it stopped importing the hands. I didn't change any configurations and so i can't understand what happened.
Can it be for the net signal that is very weak here?

Don't think it would be your net, because your hand histories are saved on your computer, so that's where elephant imports them from.
Check on poker stars/ft you didn't accidently uncheck save hand history, and also check in elephant for an auto import button in case you turned that off?
Not sure what to say if not
