Well it depends on what withdrawal method you use.. and also depends on the site you play at

Don't forget that the security measures and proving ID etc required before withdrawing is in your own interests. Better to ensure that your money only ever gets paid out to yourself even if it takes a little while to sort out than for it to be really easy to access by anyone else 
It should all be easier the second and subsequent time that you withdraw, now that they are reassured it is you they are dealing with.

I make my withdrawals with Neteller with no problem and no waiting time, almost instant.
Although i don't remember when i did my last deposit.
