Should I ever Check the Flop and try an induce a bluff?
I think checking flop is fine since you have the nuts nuts right now.
But betting something like 400-500 is another option, make a smaller bet to tempt him to call you. With 700 he might lay down a lot of hands he wouldn't with 400.
Check is good option here. Villain only has 600 left so he might shove very loose hoping hero would fold. Steve probably didn't notice effective stack size?
