I would fold. Its early stage and he could have you beaten in many ways. Not the right time to go broke with 99 high overpair.

Going broke here is best with 99, unknowns have such a wide range for these situations IMO.

With 3 players beside us, preflop, doesnt we want at least 2 pairs in this spot on the flop? I mean leading here on the flop is ok, but after somebody reraises us, i dont think we are good any more on the flop. Am i missing something here?

Leading the flop's better just because there are so many bad turns we don't want to see.
