Preflop: Fold it preflop, KQo ain't the greatest hand to hit in multiway pot.

As played
Postflop: Not much you can do than just Bet/Fold it, we are often beat when we get action being in such a multiway pot.

Try posting more hands, it seems like your preflop play has some kind of leaks with Calling ranges and etc. Calling preflop unless having a good reason, ain't really doable.
