I had KQ in CO against two other players.
Board came 10 J 2 rainbow
First guy bet 40c next guy called.
So pot was $1.55 by the time it got to me
40c into $1.55 pot is almost 4 to 1 not the 5 to 1 needed in the odds chart

If so, yes, you can go all in.
You have 8 clean outs + 6 semiouts (overcards). Let's discount 2 for possible domination on the overcards (double pair or set), you'll still have 12 outs remaining.
With 2 cards to come, that's almost a coinflip, so you could get your money in and hope for some fold equity as well.
In SSS you don't call and an OESD is a clean draw, so you can go for it.
Its impossible to be a 0,75 pot, when you had KQo, in CO. Dont limp KQo from late.
On the flop with shorstack push. As Sonic wrote you not only have 8, but more likely 14 outs here.
You called a minraise, which is just as bad as limping with it.
(And you probably have 8 outs and no fold equity...)
