SB and BU seem like regs, I haven't 3bet yet.
Is AQo a good spot to 4bet with the blockers? Or should I be doing this rather with trash hands (no hand removal effect). Or shouldn't I be doing this at all at 100NL?
Definitely a nice spot!
However, it depends on the opponents, not on the limit. The concern is mostly about SB - he must be 3betting at least somewhat wide. This doesn't mean 10%+, but without calculating I'd assume the tipping point should be somewhere around 6-7%.
About the blockers: if you can choose between having them or not having them, you should definitely go for the spots with blockers - after all when you have an A, it reduces the number of combos of AA from 6 to 3 and the ones of AK from 16 to 12.
The Q reduces QQ from 6 to 3.
So if he has a shovingrange of JJ+,AK, it was just reduced from 40 to 30 combinations - 25% reduction!
