Villain is a fishy looking player from his first 30 hands like 50/20 but not too aggresive.

I need him to be bluffing more than 1 in 3 times and I dont really think that this is the case, I mean any showdown value in his range is checking back this river and he cant really expect to be able to bluff me once i've called his small overbet on the flop ( which looks really suspicious to me - smth like a strong hand that tried to slowplay pre or 6x hand that nailed this flop).

if you take c/c line then you can´t really fold your hand, so you should call river.
he may easily be bluffing or valuebetting also Jx or weaker boats
