Yes, that's about as good a flop as you can hope for. You're crushed by QQ and that's it. I'm not folding that with 1.5 pot bets left (i'm not checking it either!). 
Dilemma of the aces. Cos if opponent has good hand against aces, and your 3bet is pretty much always those aces, you can't make a profit by cbetting almost every flop and call that raise.
If you have 1,5 pots left on flop and you go broke on almost any flop, your opponent can make easy +EV play by calling preflop and seeing the flop.
But on the other hand, you can't really check that flop either.
On the other side, that has lot of "if's" in it. I micro/small stakes opponents are not calling 3bets with just premium ace-cracking hands, they have a lot of carbage in their range too. So that SPR 1,5 is something I would keep as a borderline to just shove any flop.
