[Closed] [1419] import:Elephant does`t reimport all hands in old but empty DB

Hi all.
Repro steps:
1) install v0.99
2)wait when elehant upgrade DB
3) clean DB
4) Restart Elephant.

After this actions you`ll get empty DB & detect that Elephant doesn`t import all available HH files from active paths t empty DB.

I think tha elephant should import (scan) all HH files again when you click on rescan.
