can i get away here, or should reraise, i prefer the more aggressive line personally but im not sure what i should do

if you usually don´t see palyers attacking these low boards then I think call is better, since they won´t bluffraise that often
against TT/A8 you have 10 outs so you can´t really b/f and if board get more ugly, like 9c he may easily continue bluffing or valuebetting two pair/set, so you can easily then c/rai on the turn with straight and expect to get called on worse hands
