Hi again:

The Elephant has only 3 reason of crashes:
1) AV software
2) problems with .Net framework
3) problems with configutaion files.

It`s very easy to fix first & second reason but user should have aditional knowledge about Windows files & folders to find & delete config files. So I think that Elephant could detect & remove damaged config files at startup.
